NOTE 1

The speakers of accepted postdeadline papers are required to complete their registration no later than Wednesday, July 2, 2025 (JST). If your registration fee has not been paid on or before July 2, your presentation should be withdrawn automatically. The paper which is NOT presented at the conference will not be cited on IEEE Xplore. On-line registration is available here.
The number of presentations per fully registered person is limited to three including invited papers.
(Presentation at the workshops is not included to this limit.)

NOTE 2

Original papers reporting on new research and development results as well as practical implementations and applications in the technical areas as described in the Scope are solicited.

Step 1 : Prepare your manuscript using the template

  • Each author is requested to write a 35-word abstract and a three-page paper using the designated template.
    However, a reference page can carry over into the 4th page. (Acknowlegements cannot be carried over to the 4th page.)
    Please DO NOT change the layout or font pre-set on this template.

Step 2 : Create PDF file

  • Authors must create a PDF file to submit the manuscript.
  • The PDF file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant to be published on it. To ensure this, we strongly recommend to use the IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org
    You will need the Conference ID for OECC/PSC 2025.

  1. Select the New Users - Click Here link. 
  2. Enter the following: 
    • - 62146X for the Conference ID 
    • - your email address 
    • - a password 
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted. 

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. 

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. 

Step 3 : Submission

The submission will be made via the on-line submission system, "Confit."
Go to the system from the button at the top of this page. Procedure on the system is as follows;

  1. Log in with Confit Log-in ID and password/A-Pass. If you don't have one, create a new account.
  2. Click “New Submission” and follow the procedure filling in the “Authors/Affiliations”, “Presentation Information”, “Copyright Transfer” and “File Upload” pages.
  3. You can add another submission or edit the previous submission by logging in your account until the submission deadline.

During the submission procedure, you have to choose one of following categories for presentation in the proper technical session.

  • P2. Photonics for Computing and Deep Learning Applications

The accepted and presented papers will be published in the OECC/PSC2025 Proceedings and will be available on IEEE Xplore Digital Library. (No-show papers will not be published on IEEE Xplore.)
