HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
JTB Corp. Hokkaido Branch has been appointed as the official travel agent for 30th OptoElectronics and Communications Conference/ International Conference on Photonics in Switching and Computing 2025[Accommodation Plan and will handle hotel accommodations. JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during this period.
Please note that hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your reservation will be completed upon receipt of your on-line reservationinformation and verifying the payment of the deposit.Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button ortake a screenshot and bring it with you upon check-in at the hotel.
