General Information
Registration Desk (Name Card Issuing Desk, Inquiry Desk & General Information Desk)
The registration desk will be open during the following hours at the 1st floor entrance hall of conference venue.
- * Please have the QR code to the Name Card Issuing Desk to receive a printed name badge and congress bag.
- * If you have not yet registered, please check the registration page on the website and complete the online registration.

Name Badges
Name cards will be issued at the Name Card Issuing Desk.
Please be sure to bring the QR code for issuing name cards with you.
The QR code for issuing name cards is displayed on the Main Menu of your registered account or attached to the “Payment Confirmation” email sent after payment of the registration fee has been completed.

The name badge is an admission pass to all session and exhibition. Please wear your name badge all times during the conference for identification and security purposes.

Program Book (PDF) and Technical Digest (ZIP) are available from “Program, Technical Digest &amd PDP” on the online Conference Program (OECC/PSC 2025 registrants only).

Advance ticket purchase is required. Online ticket sales have closed. If you wish to purchase tickets, please visit the General Information Desk on the 1st floor of the Entrance Hall. Please note that seating is limited and tickets may not be available for purchase.
* Shuttle bus service will be available.
Lunch
Lunch boxes can be picked up in the 1st floor entrance hall between 12:30 and 14:00.
Those who have applied for lunch must bring their lunch voucher.
Please note that you will not be able to receive your lunch box if you lose or forget your lunch voucher.
Breakfast
Light meals will be provided in the morning at Main Hall from June 30 to July 3. Offer ends as soon as all are gone.
Mobile Phone
Talking on mobile phone during the sessions is prohibited. Please set it to silent mode.
Photography
Photography / Recording sessions are strictly prohibited.
Notice: Please note that the organizer will be taking photos in the venue for the purpose to use in conference report / website / other media and future conference promotion. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the registration desk.
Donations
We are collecting donations to promote tourism in Sapporo.
Donation box is set up by the information board at the venue.
We appreciate your cooperation.
Local Information
Climate
Weather conditions during the conference are expected to range from a low of 18 degrees Celsius to a high of 30 degrees Celsius. Mostly cloudy skies are forecast throughout the conference period.
Currency Exchange
Only Japanese yen (JPY) is acceptable at regular stores and restaurants. Currency exchange/ATM at New-Chitose Airport International Terminal is available every day.
Most stores accept credit card payments.
Tipping
In Japan, tips are not necessary anywhere, even at hotels and restaurants.
