Registration Fees

- All payments must be made in Japanese yen

* Consumption tax is included in the registration fee and banquet fee.

Registration fee includes the following:

• - Admission to all technical sessions including Workshops
• - Entrance to exhibition
• - Conference Program book and Technical Digest (conference proceedings)
• - Get Together (June 29, 2025)

*1 Members of any of the following organizations will apply members rates.
A membership number is required for online registration.

*2 Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of the Conference.
Students are required to upload a scanned copy (in pdf, jpg, gif or png format) of their student ID via online registration form. Those who cannot present a student ID will be required to apply as Non-Member rate and pay the balance.
Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have full time job.

*3 Banquet is the optional and NOT included in the Registration Fee. It is not possible to apply only for banquet.
Please note that seat availability of the Banquet is limited, and the tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR AUTHORS

• - At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the Conference by May 14, 2025 for the paper to be presented in the Conference. If there is no author registered in the Conference, the paper will not be published in the Technical Digest.
• - Please note that the number of presentations per full registered person is limited to three presentations including invited papers.
  (Presentation at the workshops is not included to this limit.)
• - No-show papers will NOT be published on IEEE Xplore.

PAYMENT

• - Must be made in Japanese yen.
• - Only credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX, and JCB) are accepted.
  *Please note that your credit card will be debited in the name of “JTB Comm Design Registration”, not in the name of the conference.

NOTIFICATION TO ATTENDEES AFTER REGISTRATION

• - After completing each step of the registration process, a total of three emails will be automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login password of your registered account.
• - Please be sure that your email account does not automatically discard the confirmation to the spam folder.
  Especially for Gmail users,
  Due to anti-spam settings, notification e-mails may not appear in the inbox folder.
  Please be sure to check the “junk mail folder” or other folder, as it may be automatically sorted into this folder.
  Please set up your e-mail settings so that you can receive e-mails from the “@mail.jtbcom.co.jp” domain, the address from which notification e-mails are sent.

RECEIPT

A receipt can be downloaded from your registered account.

Immediately after the credit card transaction is completed, to August 4, 2025.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

A certificate of attendance for this conference will be substituted by a name card issued at the venue on the day of the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration cancellations will only be accepted by email to oeccpsc2025-reg@jtbcom.co.jp.
